There are two 10kV transformers, with two 10kV feeders (one in use and one as a backup). It features a 10kV single busbar and a segmented 0.4kV single busbar. When the basic electricity charge is calculated based on capacity, should the capacity be specified for both transformers or just one? Thanks for sharing
The method for calculating the basic electricity charge is as follows: (1) The basic electricity charge can be calculated based on the transformer capacity or based on the maximum demand, with the billing method to be agreed upon between the power supply company and the customer. (3) The transformer load is relatively stable; a demand-based application should be submitted ； The load on the transformer fluctuates significantly, so it should be declared based on its basic capacity.
