1. Before starting the equipment, the operator must first become familiar with the names and functions of various instruments on the electrical control panel of the reverse osmosis main unit, as well as their locations on the panel and the circuit diagrams. 2. If it is the first time the device is turned on, the drain valve located on the outlet pipe of the activated carbon filter should be opened. The drain outlet should be inspected visually to ensure that there is no carbon residue in the water and that the water is clean; once this is confirmed, the drain valve should be closed. Then open the drain valve at the bottom of the microporous membrane filter; once the water quality is clean, close the drain valve. 3. Check whether all components of the pretreatment system and the main reverse osmosis unit are functioning properly, adjust the opening/closing status of various valves to ensure unobstructed water flow during operation. 4. Open the normally open inlet valve of the pressure water pump, and slightly open the bypass return valve of the pump, ensuring an appropriate degree of opening. 5. Close the control valve on the sand filter bypass pipe, and open the inlet and outlet valves of the sand filter. At the same time, close the control valve on the carbon filter bypass pipe, and open the inlet and outlet valves of the carbon filter. 6. Adjust the concentrate flow control valve of the normally open reverse osmosis system, and set the throttle valve after the high-pressure pump to an appropriate position. 7. Open the exhaust water valve at the top of the fine filter; once the water pressure in the equipment is stable, close the exhaust water valve. 8. Close all four three-phase air switches and one single-phase air switch inside the low-voltage distribution panel to supply power. 9. Plug the power plugs of the sand filter, carbon filter, and fully automatic water softener into 220-volt sockets respectively to supply power, then adjust the controller to bring it into operation. 10. Turn the power switch on the electrical control panel of the reverse osmosis main unit from the OFF position to the ON position; this activates the power supply, causing the inlet solenoid valve to open, and the pressure pump as well as the high-pressure pump start operating simultaneously. 11. When the power switch of the reverse osmosis unit is turned on, the settings within the microcomputer controller cause the flushing solenoid valve to open immediately, enabling automatic flushing of the reverse osmosis unit. An automatic flush is performed each time the power supply is turned off or on. When the power is turned off, the timing is canceled and reset to zero; timing starts over again upon the next startup. 12. During the operation of the reverse osmosis system, when the inlet water pressure falls below the set value of the low-pressure switch, the switch activates, and the microcomputer controller commands the shutdown of the high-pressure pump in the main unit. When the water pressure is restored, the main unit’s high-pressure pump starts automatically. 13. After the reverse osmosis unit has been flushed, adjust the throttle valve behind the high-pressure pump appropriately to ensure that the pressure of water flowing toward the membrane does not exceed 15 kg/cm2. At the same time, adjust the concentrated water control valve to regulate the pure water flow rate.
