If that’s not possible, and there is no detailed survey report available, can the construction drawings alone be used to go through the registration process at the local authorities before construction begins?
Without a detailed survey report, it’s even impossible to obtain a Planning Permit.
Previously, we did the same thing; it was quite difficult. However, it depends on whether the local authorities approve it.
