All units in the caprolactam section of Guangxi Hengyi New Materials project have been connected and have entered the trial production phase

On October 22, the various units in the caprolactam production section of Guangxi Hengyi New Materials Co., Ltd., which is a subsidiary of Erhua Jian’s Southwest Branch, began to receive feed successfully, marking the completion of the entire process for this project and its smooth entry into the trial production phase. The caprolactam production unit at Guangxi Hengyi mainly consists of three main units: ammonia oximation, purification, and ammonium sulfate production. Since the installation work began in June of this year, over a period of 4 months, a total of 590,000 welds were completed, more than 500 various types of equipment were installed, in addition to work on the associated internal utility tunnels and storage tanks. By the end of August, the welding work was largely completed, and the project handover ceremony was held successfully. The project construction took place during the peak of the hot season, with average temperatures above 38°C. Faced with multiple constraints, the company and its subsidiaries held numerous on-site coordination meetings, establishing an efficient management mechanism based on close collaboration between different levels, which provided a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the project ； The project team faced the challenges head-on; by breaking down the tasks for each stage and assigning responsibilities to specific individuals, they held daily on-site meetings to address various issues that arose during construction, such as shortages of materials, coordination problems with machinery, and inspection requirements. They ensured a close alignment between safe production practices and the construction schedule. Through thorough risk assessments, meticulous planning of construction activities, strict safety measures, and efficient inter-departmental cooperation, they managed to complete the project on time and to a high standard, while maintaining safety controls, thereby demonstrating excellent project execution capabilities.
