In some residential areas, the hot water boiler rooms are unattended – doesn’t the quality supervision agency oversee this?
When a boiler reaches a certain size, it is considered a special type of equipment and requires operators to be on duty. This matter should be reported to the entity that uses the equipment; if there is no response, it can be brought to the local market regulation authority or emergency management department
If the operating standards of such a boiler room meet digital or even intelligent production requirements, it is only natural that unattended operation becomes the norm, and there is nothing wrong with that. But in the case of ordinary production and operations, there are significant management gaps and operational risks.
