A super-pure water nitrogen-sealed tank involves filling a sealed tank with a certain amount of nitrogen; the pressure of nitrogen in the tank remains at or below 80 Kpa. Nitrogen is an inert gas that prevents other substances such as CO2 from dissolving into the water and affecting its quality, thus ensuring that the water in the tank does not suffer from secondary pollution that could lead to a decline in water quality. The nitrogen sealing device consists of two main components: a rapid release valve and a micro-pressure control valve. The rapid release valve, in turn, is made up of a pressure controller and a single-seat shut-off valve. When the pressure inside the tank rises to the set value, the rapid release valve opens immediately to release any excess pressure from the tank. The micro-pressure control valve opens when the pressure inside the tank drops, allowing nitrogen to be injected into the tank. Since the micro-pressure control valve must be used in environments with a pressure of 0.1 Mpa or less, and the N2 pressure at the site is relatively high, a pressure control valve must be installed to reduce the pressure to below 0.1 Mpa before it can be used. The pressure can be set in segments as required, ranging from 0.5 Kpa to below 60 Kpa. A set value is selected within the pressure regulation range of the micro-pressure control valve; for example, 3 Kpa. The set value for nitrogen release should be far from the nitrogen supply pressure value, such as 8 Kpa. The specific pressure setting value should be determined based on the water production capacity of the pure water system and the size of the tank. The purity of N2 is over 99.995%.
