They even think that it’s the same type of equipment, yet there are such large differences in prices, leaving them unable to make a decision. Those in urgent need end up signing contracts without proper consideration. As a result, various after-sales problems kept arising and could not be resolved in a timely manner, which was truly frustrating. Here, we would like to remind everyone that even devices that appear identical on the surface can have significantly different qualities. Ordinary customers or purchasers who are not familiar with the equipment find it difficult to determine the quality based solely on its appearance. II. Regarding plan configuration: Some small manufacturers, in order to maximize profits, cut corners and reduce costs without limit, which leads to various problems with the quality of the equipment and its lifespan. Design Structure From the perspective of the equipment’s design structure, many seemingly reasonable appearance designs are actually unreasonable. Only a water treatment engineer with over a decade of design experience who takes full control of the structural design of pure water equipment can ensure a high-quality design for reverse osmosis pure water systems. Ordinary engineers, lacking in design experience and professional knowledge, simply imitate what they see; the appearance may be there, but the essence is missing, making it like a hollow radish – good to look at but useless in practice. From the perspective of the electrical control system that operates the equipment, the systems designed by smaller manufacturers are not stable or robust enough; they tend to develop problems over time, and in some cases many necessary functions are missing. The electronic control system serves as the central brain of the equipment; it is crucial and cannot be taken lightly. IV. Company legitimacy Some so-called manufacturers do not possess any production capabilities, and their certifications are incomplete; a group of three or five people in a single room is enough for them to start manufacturing equipment. If you choose such low-cost equipment, don’t expect high standards in terms of after-sales service and other aspects; it’s only your own greed for a cheap price that has caused you to miss out on reputable water treatment manufacturers.
