Before using the ultrapure water equipment, first open the three-way ball valve to connect the water supply; then connect the power supply at the back of the equipment before starting the water production process. Since the booster pump must operate with water flowing through it, running it without water can easily cause the pump to spin idly and get damaged. 2. It is best to run the ultra-pure water treatment equipment for 10 minutes every day, with water and power supplied to carry out a flushing cycle. This helps keep the equipment operating and allows any old water accumulated inside to be drained, thereby preventing microbial contamination of the filters and maintaining the efficiency of both the equipment and the filters. When pure water is not used for an extended period, all the reverse osmosis pure water in the pressure tank should be drained to prevent contamination. 3. Before each time water is fed into the ultra-pure water treatment equipment, release some water through the faucet to prevent tap water from staying in the pipelines for too long, which could allow impurities such as rust to enter the primary filtration system and clog the filters, thereby reducing their lifespan. 4. Ultra-pure water treatment equipment should be operated in a well-ventilated and dry environment; avoid severe vibrations during transportation to prevent the UV lamp tubes from breaking. 5. Before leaving work, be sure to turn off the power supply of the ultrapure water system and cut off the tap water supply. 6. In the event of a malfunction that requires repair, do not attempt to fix it on your own; contact the manufacturer immediately.
