Does anyone here have the operating procedures for the MVR evaporation crystallization process for zero-discharge treatment of mine water? Please share them. After passing through the desalination system, two-stage concentration system, evaporation crystallization pretreatment system, MVR evaporation concentration system, and evaporation crystallization salt separation system, the product obtained is sodium sulfate.

Is it being washed because of blockages, an insufficient rate of evaporation, or high levels of organic matter?
The evaporation rate doesn’t increase, and the current of the axial flow pump is high.

Recently, we just performed high-pressure cleaning on the tube bundles. After starting operation, the equipment runs for a short time, the current drawn by the axial flow pump rises rapidly, there is a large temperature difference between the heating chamber and the separation chamber, and the liquid level in the balance tank drops quickly. Please help us analyze what could be the reasons for this.
When the salt content in the circulating liquid is high, its boiling point also increases. Add a bit more material when discharging it; once the salt content in the circulating liquid decreases, the current consumption of the axial flow pump also drops, and the amount of condensate produced increases as well.
Based on preliminary assessments, it is likely that either the tubes of the heat exchanger are blocked, resulting in insufficient circulation volume and thus an inability to increase the evaporation rate; such blockages can also lead to increased pipe resistance and higher current consumption in the axial flow pump. It is recommended to clean the tubes of the heat exchanger; Either the solid content within the system is high and the salts have not been removed; it is recommended to remove the salts promptly in order to reduce the salt concentration in the solution ;
