After walking around the construction site, I noticed many concrete objects lying on the ground, as shown in the photos: What are they used for? Could it be a staff? ?
It looks like a stone pillar, but it was actually one of the weapons used by ancient people in battle. :lol

It’s a rebar cage; at that circular cross-section, those marks visible there are the traces left by the cage. The pile driver drives it down, then the cage is placed, and finally concrete is poured. The excess concrete on the top, where there are no rebar bars, needs to be removed; the rebar cage remains in place and is connected to the rebar in the upper foundation before more concrete is poured.
