pH control issues for water supply and return water in hot water boilers

Our company plans to install a hot water boiler for heating purposes. We are currently reviewing relevant information and guidelines, which specify that the pH level of the supply water should be maintained between 8.8 and 9.3, while that of the return water should be between 9 and 10.5. Generally, hot water boilers do not produce steam, have low water loss, and require little additional water supplementation. The return water eventually cycles back into the supply water; if the pH of the return water is around 9.6/9.7, how can the pH of the supply water be controlled? What is the actual situation in terms of operation?
The pH value of the water supply should be adjusted by adding appropriate chemicals based on the test results of the water supply
