At the same time, in terms of safety distance, both biomass and natural gas are superior to coal boilers, as they can use equipment distributed over a smaller area, thereby offering greater flexibility. .

Steam costs are related to various factors such as steam consumption, temperature, pressure, whether operation is continuous, and distance; theoretically, the order of steam costs is: coal < natural gas < electricity. First, it is necessary to consult the park management committee (or the local regulatory authority) to find out whether there are any centralized heating enterprises in the vicinity (such as thermal power plants, heating stations, or waste heat supply units), what the distances are, and whether there are any short- or medium-term plans for centralized heating. Secondly, consult the local gas company to learn about the layout of the gas pipelines and any preferential policies for natural gas users; if the consumption is high and steady, a natural gas boiler may even be provided free of charge. As for electric boilers, intermittent or limited use can be considered. Biomass steam supply comes with many conditions and uncertainties, making it unsuitable for consideration.
