The water treatment plant (Phase I) for Hengyi Qinzhou’s high-end green chemical and fiber integration project, located in the China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park, successfully obtained the intermediate handover certificate; it was handed over as scheduled at around 9 a.m. on November 15, 2024, marking the official entry of this project into the stage of joint commissioning of the produced water. This important milestone not only addressed the urgent need for industrial water but also laid a solid foundation for subsequent project construction. Shen Fei, general manager of Guangxi Hengyi New Materials Co., Ltd., said that the water treatment plant has a production capacity of 3,000 cubic meters per hour, with an annual output expected to reach 24 million tons, which will effectively meet the water needs of the project.
