Recently, the atmosphere at the 60,000-ton/year polyoxymethylene production facility of the New Materials Company, which is part of Xinye Nenghua Company, was lively and bustling! With the roar of the pile driver, the project’s first engineering pile was driven into the ground with precision and force, marking the official start of the main construction phase for the project. In recent years, Xinye Nenghua Company has focused on the \"five strategic positions\" of the autonomous region within the broader framework, working to strengthen and expand the industrial chains. By leveraging the advantages of the production corps system as well as local resources, the company began construction of the second phase of its project shortly after the completion of the first phase with an annual production capacity of 40,000 tons of polyoxymethylene in 2023. This approach aims to further extend the industrial chains, enhance their resilience, and address any weaknesses in these chains, thereby helping the company to achieve successful implementation of its 14th Five-Year Plan. The smooth progress of the 60,000 tons per year polyoxymethylene project is a key measure taken by Xinye Nenghua Company to promote green and low-carbon development, and it represents a practical approach to fostering \"new forms of productive capacity.\" The project is scheduled to begin trial operations at the end of 2026. Once fully operational, Xinye Nenghua Company’s total production capacity for polyoxymethylene will reach 100,000 tons per year, with an annual output value exceeding 1 billion yuan. This will make it the largest polyoxymethylene production facility in the Northwest region, one that operates with the lowest consumption levels and the most efficient processes. The second-phase project with an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons and a total investment of 1.31 billion yuan represents a key measure for Xinye Energy & Chemical Co., Ltd. to deepen its coal chemical industry chain, promote integration between the military and local communities, and advance green and low-carbon development. The project is scheduled to begin trial operations at the end of 2026. On April 30, 2025, Xinjiang Xinye Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. held the groundbreaking ceremony for a polyoxymethylene production project with an annual capacity of 60,000 tons in the Eastern Industrial Park of the Wujiaqu Economic and Technological Development Zone.
