On July 18, the core equipment for the waste gas compliance renovation project at Lanzhou Petrochemical Yulin Chemical Company – three-bed regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTOs) and an exhaust chimney reaching 30 meters in height – was successfully installed. This marks a significant milestone in the construction of this project, laying a solid foundation for achieving the completion target on September 20. This project aims to centrally collect and treat exhaust gases emitted from the vehicle loading/unloading platforms within the plant, the oil and gas recovery facilities in the atmospheric pressure tank area, and the waste gas treatment systems at the wastewater treatment plant. The generated exhaust gases are then transported through newly installed pipelines to a newly built regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) for efficient incineration, thereby ensuring that the exhaust gases are discharged in compliance with regulatory standards. Since the start of the maintenance period in May, Yulin Company and the construction team have been fully committed to the project development. Based on the carefully prepared construction plan in advance, the critical task of installing the connections at the loading platform and the exhaust gas collection pipelines in the atmospheric pressure tank area was successfully completed during the appropriate \"window\" period, clearing the way for the subsequent connection of the main pipelines. At present, the project has fully entered the phase of process pipeline installation, system connection, and preparation for commissioning, progressing steadily and efficiently in strict accordance with the established construction plan.
