Recently, significant progress was made in the company’s 500,000 tons per year methanol-to-ethanol project: 10 large-scale core tower units in the project’s main plant area have entered the stage of interior component installation, which lays a solid foundation for subsequent pipeline purging and equipment commissioning. This installation project is large-scale and requires high technical standards; it involves over 3,000 cubic meters of various high-efficiency fillers as well as 271 layers of plate-type precision internal components. To ensure the quality of installation, the project construction command center organized a special safety and technical briefing session, during which the installation process and key control points were explained in detail. In particular, an in-depth safety risk analysis was conducted taking into account the specific challenges associated with work in confined spaces. All the tools and equipment required for work in confined spaces were thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure they were in good condition and safe to use. During the material delivery stage, the project construction command center places quality first; all tower components, plate-type internal parts, and packing elements undergo joint inspection by representatives from the owner, supervisors, and other parties before installation, to ensure that all components meet the design requirements and quality standards, thus guaranteeing the installation quality from the very beginning. Currently, the installation work is underway in an intense and orderly manner. All members of the project construction command team will continue to adhere to the principle of \"safety first, quality foremost,\" strive for excellence, overcome challenges, and ensure that the installation of the core equipment components is completed with high quality, thereby contributing positively to the timely completion and commissioning of the project.
