Two silver-white giant air membrane structures stand side by side, covering a total area of over 350,000 square meters, which is equivalent to nearly 50 standard football fields. Hall 1 of this project has an area of about 150,000 square meters, while Hall 2 covers 200,000 square meters, making it the largest single-span gas membrane hall in the world. This also marks a new milestone in China’s technology for constructing gas membrane halls. It is reported that the project team overcame technical challenges such as ultra-large scale aerodynamic membrane fluid-structure interaction, vortex-induced vibration, changes in aerodynamic damping, and stiffness degradation, thereby laying a solid foundation for the safe operation of this \"world’s greatest\" aerodynamic membrane project. From stress analysis to algorithms, from design to operation and maintenance, every detail reflects the highest standards of industry technology. The completion of the giant air membrane warehouse will bring significant ecological benefits and economic value to the Dafeng Port area of Yancheng Port.
