On September 9, with the 1,000-ton crawler crane successfully lifting the topmost frame into place, the Fushun project team completed the task of lifting the framework modules for the quench oil filter in Fushun Petrochemical’s 800,000 tons per year ethylene plant – a project aimed at removing bottlenecks and improving energy efficiency. This marked the successful completion of the large-scale lifting operations associated with the maintenance work at Fushun Petrochemical! The quenched oil filter frame module ST-2005 to be lifted this time has overall dimensions of 21650×7600×23000 mm and a total weight of 399 tons; the Mechanical Equipment Engineering Branch is responsible for its transport and lifting in segments. This is the largest large-scale frame module in the entire Fushun Petrochemical maintenance and technological upgrade project. This module makes use of innovative approaches such as \"on-site prefabrication of segmented modules,\" \"transport by axis-mounted vehicles,\" and \"two-stage lifting.\" The successful application of these methods marks the first time that the company has achieved integrated processing of large framework modules, including their on-site manufacturing, transportation, and installation.
