Recently, the main structure of Phase 1 of the Qingdao Boli Chemical New Materials Innovation and Entrepreneurship Industrial Park project, located in Boli Town of the West Coast New Area, was completed. The total investment in this project is expected to reach 1.48 billion yuan, with a total construction area of around 314,400 square meters. It aims to create an innovative complex that serves as a platform for the high-end chemical new materials industry. It is reported that the industrial park is located in the western part of Boli Town, to the east of National Highway 204, to the west of Changhe Road, to the south of Boli Third Road, and to the north of Boli South Road. The total land area is approximately 147 mu, and the construction will take place in three phases. At present, the main structure of Phase 1 of the project has been completed; it is expected to be ready for use in the first half of next year. Once completed, it is anticipated to accommodate 70 enterprises, providing space for 1,000 people to work there as well as facilities for 80 enterprises to hold exhibitions and sales activities. As a key project for green, low-carbon, and high-quality development in Shandong Province, as well as an important part of the construction of a pilot zone for the integration of the “four chains” (innovation chain, industry chain, capital chain, and talent chain) in the new area’s high-end chemical and new material industry, the Qingdao Boli Chemical New Materials Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park has been designated at a high standard as the “Qingdao Boli High-Quality Productivity Innovation and Entrepreneurship Demonstration Park”. Focusing on key industrial areas such as research and development of high-end chemical technologies, green chemical industrial Internet solutions, intelligent manufacturing in the chemical sector, energy chemicals, and international trade services, the park brings in professional teams to manage it and attracts and nurtures enterprises in the field of new energy chemical equipment. It is expected that there will be over 100 enterprises along the entire industry chain in this park. The goal is to promote innovation and upgrading in the high-end chemical and new material industry by introducing cutting-edge industrial projects and top-tier industry talents, while also providing high-level innovation services and industrial support to facilitate the high-quality development of the real economy. The industrial park has proposed a \"five-in-one\" strategy for industrial development, integrating five key functions: industrial collaboration, innovation and entrepreneurship, talent recruitment and cultivation, urban infrastructure, and sustainable development. This approach aims to create a distinctive \"4+3+2\" industrial system for chemical new materials focused on innovation and entrepreneurship. The \"4\" components include centers for the research and development of emerging industry technologies as well as incubation facilities, demonstration bases for factory operations in urban areas, hydrogen energy technology service industries, and centers for energy chemicals and international trade. The \"3\" components are research centers for new forms of productive capacity, centers for industrial development cooperation and financial services, and bases for innovation, entrepreneurship, and vocational training. Finally, the \"2\" components refer to living facilities and business support services, thereby establishing a model park driven by new forms of productive capacity. Next, the park will accelerate the development of four key centers: an ecological equipment cloud procurement and sales center for the energy and chemical industries, an exhibition and sales center for chemical equipment, a professional training center for chemical industry talents, and a carbon neutrality service center. It will also carry out targeted efforts to attract industrial enterprises to settle there, aiming to become a hub for emerging industries and a \"testing ground\" for new forms of productive capacity.
