On November 5, good news came from the site of the second-phase project for the development and utilization of lamellar alkali from Alxa Boyuan – all the large-scale equipment in the deep wet decomposition unit area had been successfully installed. The upper section of the wet decomposition tower lifted this time has a diameter of 9.5 meters, a total height of 65 meters, and a net weight of 160 tons. It was lifted using a 650-ton crawler crane as the main lifting device, with the assistance of a 300-ton crawler crane for tail lifting. The successful installation of these key equipment marks the full closure of the pipeline corridor in the alkali processing section.
