Successful first lift for the construction of the flexible biomass gasification platform at Hunan Petrochemical

Sinopec Ningbo Engineering Company, the EPC general contractor for this project, carefully organized the heavy-lift lifting operations, strictly controlled all stages of plan preparation, review, and validation, and strengthened foundational work in areas such as safety and quality. It made full use of the advantages of EPC integrated management to ensure that the components were installed in one successful lift. Currently, the overall progress of this project is 76.05%. The fluidized bed gasifier, as well as the steel structure modules for the second and third stages, will be hoisted into place one after another, with the completion of the gasification framework’s roof installation expected by December 5th.
