The cooling kiln of Unit 1#LFP in Wanhua Chemical (Haiyang)’s green energy project was successfully lifted into place

The successful lifting of the cooling kiln for Unit 1 of the LFP production facility in Wanhua Chemical’s (Haiyang) green energy project marks the official entry into the intensive phase of equipment installation and process pipeline construction. This lifting operation was the first time that key equipment has been lifted since the project began; a total of 4 cooling kilns were lifted, with each one weighing 40 tons and measuring 21 meters in length and 2.9 meters in width. A 500-ton all-terrain crane was used to lift the equipment into place through a direct lifting method; the entire lifting process proceeded smoothly and in an orderly manner, resulting in the precise placement of the equipment.
