Recently, the catalyst filling work in the 2 carbonylation reactors and 1 hydrogenation reactor of the Jingmen Yuanhan electrolyte precursor ethanol plant project, which is under the general contract of Beijing Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd., was completed. This marks the successful achievement of a key milestone in the project, laying a solid foundation for the target of starting trial production by the end of December. Catalyst loading is a key step prior to the commissioning of chemical plants; its progress and quality directly affect the trial production schedule and the operational efficiency of the plant. To ensure that the node targets are achieved on schedule, the project department coordinates resource allocation and organizes the construction workers to work in two shifts continuously. While making every effort to advance the progress, a strict safety control and quality supervision system is implemented to ensure that each stage of work meets the specified standards. The entire loading process was efficient and orderly, with quality inspections at each stage passing successfully on the first attempt, fully demonstrating the professional management skills and collaborative capabilities of all parties involved in the project. At present, the completion rate of the \"three inspections and four fixations\" tasks for the ethanol plant’s processes and pipelines exceeds 80%; the pipeline pressure testing and purging operations are nearing completion. The no-load testing of the motors in the key rotating equipment has been largely finished. The catalysts in the dimethyl ether reactor as well as the adsorbents in the drying towers of the dehydration unit have all been installed, and all internal components and packing in the towers have also been installed ; The construction tasks for various specialties are being carried out simultaneously. The project team strictly adheres to the \"80-Day Implementation Plan\" to fully advance subsequent tasks such as system purging, individual unit testing, and joint testing. As a key project aimed at filling the gap in regional electrolyte production, its commissioning on schedule will provide significant support for the development of the new energy lithium battery industry cluster in Central China, thereby injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of the regional economy.
