The LNG/L-CNG refueling and gasification integrated station was initially used for refueling vehicles and supplying gas to residents (mainly BOG). Recently, it has started supplying gas to an industrial enterprise, with a daily gas consumption of 2,000–3,000 cubic meters. A gasification rate of 1,388 was determined prior to starting supply to this enterprise, and over the past six months of operation, the performance has remained within the standard range. Since gas supply to this industrial enterprise began, the volume difference has been around 10 tons per day. Based on the investigations conducted, the problems are as follows: First, the pipeline that leads from the gasification station into the residential gas medium-pressure network shares the same pipeline as the CNG pipeline (from the storage tank outlet up to the plunger pump). After the industrial enterprise uses gas, this pipeline remains open, resulting in an excess of gas in it; therefore, it is necessary to manually release the gas from the pipeline before each time the plunger pump is started. It is possible that improper operation during manual venting led to an excessive venting time, resulting in the release of excess gas. II. The high gasification rate requires readjustment. If 10 tons need to be removed in 10 days, that’s 1 ton per day. One ton is approximately equivalent to 1300 cubic meters. Try to estimate whether the amount of gas that will be released tomorrow will reach this figure; you can do a rough calculation. If not, then other reasons need to be investigated.
