What type of pump should be used for LNG loading pumps (in front of the loading arm)? Should it be a bag pump, a horizontal centrifugal pump, or some other type of pump?

I’m not sure about the method used for loading LNG onto ships; it involves some special submersible pumps

Both horizontal centrifugal pumps and submersible pumps can be used, but it is necessary to consider whether loading will be done continuously. If a cold pump is required, in terms of the time needed to achieve cold conditions, submersible pumps are much faster than centrifugal pumps
By submersible pump, do you mean the type with a motor inside the liquid, or a vertical tubular pump?

Either one will work, but submersible pumps are probably the mainstream option these days. But the price is high; those I’ve come across are imported, have a long lifespan, do not require a chill pump, and come with variable frequency control for low-flow circulation when not installed in a vehicle. Sleeve pump must be a cold pump, as it will generate a large amount of BOG.
