The LNG storage tank is 5 years old now, and its outer surface is severely corroded. What comprehensive inspections and maintenance are required? Seeking advice
First: The corroded areas must be repainted to prevent further corrosion and loss of strength； Then, check the insulation of the valve piping at the base of the storage tank as well as any leaks in the valves; this should be determined based on the actual conditions ； It is also necessary to recheck the vacuum level of the storage tank. The tank is equipped with inspection ports, and if the vacuum level is insufficient, vacuum should be drawn again to prevent safety hazards caused by an increased daily evaporation rate.
