Which expert knows the actual temperature at the open area of the LNG pipeline flange? The innermost part must be in contact with the LNG liquid; the flange holes are at a certain distance from the LNG liquid. I want to know how much temperature loss will occur as a result of heat conduction
It should be more or less the same, considering the temperature of the medium; after all, the thermal conductivity of metals is what it is. With such a short distance, what difference can there be?
What’s the point of this? What size is the tube? Is it insulated? How thick should the insulation be? What's the weather like? What is the ambient temperature?
