Is a cofferdam required at the LNG loading and unloading area?

According to clause 10.3.3 of standard GB50183, LNG collection systems shall be installed in low-temperature equipment and areas prone to leakage, and their capacity shall not be less than that of the largest tank truck. Does that mean barriers and collection ponds need to be installed in the loading and unloading area? ? How exactly does it work?
Could you please tell me how to set it up specifically? It’s all surrounded – how can we load and unload it?
A cofferdam is not necessary, but a liquid guide channel and a liquid collection tank must be installed, at a distance of no less than 30 meters from open flames. The liquid collection tank should be at a distance of not less than 15 meters from the loading facilities; the slope of the site should face the drainage ditch.
