How to convert 1 ton of LNG to CNG?

May I ask how many cubic meters of CNG is obtained from 1 ton of LNG? Should the theoretical calculation be 1000/16*22.4=1400 cubic meters? If the LNG contains other gases, the calculation is based on the average molecular weight, and it is generally less than 1400 standard cubic feet. But why are the values provided by the testing laboratories always above 1400?
