In accordance with the design standards for natural gas liquefaction plants specified in 51261, the requirements regarding land area and fire safety are much stricter than before: to build a liquefaction plant with a capacity of 100,000 cubic meters, 70 mu of land is required, with most of that area remaining unused

This cannot be changed by anyone; it must be done in accordance with the regulations
These ridiculous standards already set very low requirements; even the design institutes under China’s Ministry of Chemical Industry don’t use these standards and instead go by American standards. Yet you still insist on pushing for these rules!
It’s not the case that stricter rules are always better; following the specifications strictly helps to reduce accidents, which is certainly desirable in terms of design
