Issues regarding the low-temperature detection devices at LNG vaporization stations

I would like to ask the experts here: In 50028, requirement 9.4.18 stipulates that low-temperature detection and alarm devices must be installed in the tank area, the gasification unit area, and any areas where liquefied natural gas leakage might occur. Why is this necessary? Since combustible gas detection devices are already in place in the tank area, is it really needed to have low-temperature detection and alarm devices as well? Won’t their functions overlap? Please, experts, help me figure this out: dizzy:
The low-temperature detection devices in LNG gasification stations usually include temperature sensors, temperature controllers, and temperature alarms. Temperature sensors are used to monitor the temperature inside the LNG vaporization station in real time; when a low temperature is detected, the temperature controller can activate the machinery to restore the temperature to normal levels. If the equipment fails, the temperature alarm can promptly send a warning to the relevant personnel so that actions can be taken to correct the situation. -For reference only
