The construction of the Waneng Gang Huazhongxi LNG emergency peak-shaving station and high/medium pressure regulation station project has officially begun. The project is located in Ningguo City, Anhui Province. It includes an LNG gasification station, as well as related roads and fences within the project area, covering a land area of approximately 17.9 mu. Once completed, the project will make full use of Ningguo City’s advantages in natural gas resources to meet the needs of energy conservation, emission reduction, and the development of clean energy in the region. It will enhance the local capacity for natural gas regulation in emergency situations, facilitate the transformation of the energy structure, and ensure an adequate supply of natural gas for local livelihoods. Additionally, it will promote the development of the local natural gas industry, providing energy support for economic growth. It will also spur rapid development in industries such as natural gas storage for peak demand management and natural gas-based chemical production, thereby achieving both economic development and environmental protection, and contributing to the achievement of the goals of \"carbon peak\" and \"carbon neutrality\".
