On October 30, the first vessel of Phase 2 of China National Offshore Oil Corporation’s medium- to long-term FOB (Free On Board) resource support project successfully completed all its gas testing tasks at the Yancheng \"Green Energy Port,\" marking the first successful completion of such gas testing for a large-scale LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) transport vessel built over a long distance across different regions in China. Since September, the construction and operation of CNOOC’s \"Green Energy\" series of LNG carriers have entered a final push phase towards the end of the year, with successive breakthroughs being achieved. On September 26, Ship No. 3 of Phase 1 of the project, “Green Energy Star”, and Ship No. 4, “Green Energy Moon”, were named on the same day ； From October 10th to 11th, Vessel No. 6 of Phase I and Vessel No. 3 of Phase II were launched successively on Changxing Island in Shanghai, laying a solid foundation for subsequent dock mooring tests and trial voyages ； On October 28, the \"Green Energy Star\" set sail for its first overseas voyage from Yancheng Port, while the \"Green Energy Moon\" was also ready to go, set to undertake its first LNG transportation mission. Currently, the construction of CNOOC’s LNG carriers is in full swing, with all project parties working closely together. The tasks such as equipment testing on site, cargo hold construction, and ship docking are being carried out in an orderly manner. Vessels 5 and 6 of Phase 1, as well as Vessels 2 and 3 of Phase 2, have all been launched; the other four vessels are also under construction in an orderly manner.
