The preparation of the pressure testing packages is also carried out through subcontracting following these principles, which helps to protect valves, non-removable instrumentation, and other such components. But stepping outside this way of thinking, what if we only conduct pressure testing on the pipeline of the land-based process module (PAR)? The characteristic of PAR is that it has a very large number of pipes, no valves (or only a few if any), and no instruments (or only a few if any) ; Since the welding method used is the same, pre- and post-weld inspections have been carried out, as well as NDT and heat treatment tests, this means that the quality of the welds is consistent and meets the required standards. Could we consider joining together all the pipelines that do not have valves or instrumentation components for pressure testing, using the highest possible pressure for such testing? ; The most obvious advantage of doing this is that it greatly reduces the workload associated with preparing the pressure testing packages, and it also speeds up the pressure testing process in the construction department. {:3_53:} In this way, for a duct module, except for a few pipelines equipped with valves, all the remaining pipelines are wrapped together; pressure testing is completed in one go, with the pressure being set according to the highest pressure within them. Obviously, those with too large a pressure difference cannot be tested together; furthermore, hydrostatic testing and pneumatic testing also need to be carried out separately. In other cases, this can certainly be done, but consent from the construction party and the design party is required.
But it was never said that components with too large a pressure difference cannot be tested together. As for separating water pressure from air pressure, it’s just a matter of adding another compartment.

How can the pipelines in the pipe gallery be pressurized in one go? Even if the pressure levels are the same, different pipelines that are not connected to each other in the first place present a challenge as to how to connect them
