On December 26, **Pipeline Group Liquefied Natural Gas Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Liquefied Natural Gas Company)** was registered in Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area. It will integrate the liquefied natural gas receiving stations under Pipeline Group’s control, offering services such as liquefied natural gas storage, gasification and transportation, ship transfer, tank leasing, cold storage, tank transport, cold energy utilization, and truck refilling. Thus, it will become the professional company in China with the largest number of liquefied natural gas receiving stations and the greatest reception capacity. The liquefied natural gas company has a registered capital of 500 million yuan, and it operates 10 liquefied natural gas receiving stations (located in Tianjin, Dalian, Zhangzhou, Longkou, Eastern Guangdong, Shenzhen, Hainan, and other places), as well as 1 emergency repair company. LNG Company’s total LNG reception capacity is approximately 42 million tons per year, accounting for about 25% of the national total. The establishment of the new company marks a **key step forward for Pipeline Group in deepening the market-oriented reforms within its LNG business segment and improving its modern corporate governance structure, with the aim of further boosting business vitality and enhancing the company’s core competitiveness. The establishment of the Liquefied Natural Gas company represents another significant achievement following the operation of the Tianjin Operations Center of the Pipeline Network Group on November 26 and the signing of the agreement for the scientific testing facility. **Since its establishment in 2019, the Pipeline Network Group has maintained a partnership of high trust and mutual support with Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area. It has achieved positive interaction and coordinated development as part of the strategy for coordinated growth in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The group has set up 6 subsidiary companies in Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area, with its operations covering areas such as the management and operation of natural gas receiving stations, the operation, maintenance, and testing of energy pipelines, engineering technical consulting and design services, as well as research, development, experimentation, and promotion of pipeline transportation technologies. It employs nearly 3,000 people. The establishment of this new company fully demonstrates **Pipe Network Group’s confidence and determination to develop in the economic development zone, as Taida enters a new phase of growth.
