On February 26, it was learned from Tianchen Engineering Corporation of China National Chemical Engineering Group that recently, the Tianjin Nangang LNG Cold Energy Comprehensive Utilization Demonstration Project, general-contracted by Tianchen Engineering, was successfully handed over. This marks the official transition of the project from the construction phase to the preparatory stage for trial production. During the construction process, despite challenges such as a tight schedule, heavy workload, and unpredictable weather, the project team from Tianchen Company prioritized safety and quality while keeping progress as the main focus. They made scientific arrangements, implemented targeted measures, concentrated on key tasks, and clearly defined responsibilities at all levels. As a result, they successfully completed all assigned tasks and earned high praise from both the client and the supervisory party for their outstanding performance. The Tianjin Nangang LNG cold energy comprehensive utilization demonstration project includes one air separation unit with a capacity of 10,000 Nm³/h, gas turbine-based distributed energy systems (comprising an 8 MW gas turbine generator, 1 medium-temperature and medium-pressure waste heat boiler with a capacity of 20 t/h, and 1 medium-temperature and medium-pressure gas boiler with a capacity of 25 t/h), along with supporting auxiliary and utility systems. It represents a key project for the efficient and hierarchical utilization of the cold energy derived from liquefied natural gas (LNG). The project aims to convert the cold energy released during the LNG vaporization process into various forms of energy and industrial gases, thereby creating an integrated energy utility island that provides electricity, heat, cooling, and industrial gases. This will offer comprehensive energy solutions for regional industrial development. Next, the project team will uphold the corporate spirit of \"uniting and striving hard to excel through practical efforts,\" and go all out to assist the client in preparing for trial production.
