After looking at the discussions online, it seems that the issues mainly relate to the water seal and the air circuit; but these two should be easy to spot visually. Are there any other issues? Today I took apart the TC part and sorted through it, but it still wasn’t fixed; however, the fluctuations aren’t as severe anymore. It was already impossible to analyze it before trying to get it ready; occasionally, when everything was set up and I clicked start, after waiting for a while I would check, only to find that it had stopped on its own because it wasn’t ready yet.
The analysis module doesn’t even have a browsing function: lol

Every time we turn on the total carbon analyzer, we first need to check whether the carrier gas is functioning properly, whether its supply is sufficient, and whether its flow rate is stable, etc ； After turning on the heating device, it is necessary to check the furnace temperature and whether the baseline is normal. Check whether the humidifier has enough water before each use. If there are baseline fluctuations in the output signal during TOC testing, first check the aforementioned aspects to see if there are any issues.
