What is the lowest negative pressure that laboratory glassware can withstand?

As the title suggests, for a pilot experiment, an absolute pressure of 6 kPa is required, which corresponds to an environment of -95 kPa. I would appreciate it if you could advise me whether a standard three-necked flask and condenser can withstand such conditions. Thank you very much!
