ASTM D5808 – it mentions this, thanks to the fellow sea users. English or Chinese is fine.
AS TM is an incredibly outstanding organization; it enforces strict standards among itself. Whether in electronic or print form, access requires payment, and unauthorized distribution over the Internet is not allowed. It is recommended that the original poster go to the Technical Quality Supervision Bureau or some local standard documentation institutions and pay to have it copied.
This standard is equivalent to the domestic standard SH/T 1757-2006; you can look it up. Additionally, ASTM D5808 can also be found online – it’s easy to locate with just a simple search.
