Common fault of the Hash COD digester: fuses blow frequently. Ask for the reason?
Is the fuse too thin? Of course it is. Just use a fuse with a higher rated current.
The fuse built into the instrument is not likely to blow under normal use. It is recommended to check for any short circuits, especially to see if there are any leaks during the digestion process.

The COD digester primarily heats 8 250ML conical digestion reflux devices simultaneously by controlling the heating furnace. When using it, be sure to turn off the power in a timely manner to prevent the instrument from overheating; also check whether the ventilation slits inside the cover are blocked, as this can also lead to overheating and the fuse blowing.
Is there insurance for hash decomposers? I’ve taken it apart many times without finding any issues. We’re using a DRB200, and a common problem we encounter is the inability to initialize the system; it’s likely that the heating element is damaged. We plan to try using each domestic model in turn
