Hello, teachers. I would like to learn how to analyze the content of *isopentenol. I’m not sure what methods can be used for this analysis; can gas chromatography be employed? Or are there any other instruments that can be used for analysis? Please give your guidance, teachers
For routine analysis, this substance can be analyzed using gas chromatography; its boiling point is around 140 degrees, so conventional chromatographic analysis poses no difficulties. If there are other indicators for analysis, appropriate analysis methods should be selected based on the specific bidding requirements. Such as density, refractive index, water content, colority, flash point, etc.
