Hexane and methyl tert-butyl ether

Question: For separating the isomers of hexane, 3-methylpentane and methyl tert-butyl ether, what type of chromatography column is suitable?
We used SE-30 to separate the isomers of hexane; the separation effect for 3-methylpentane was fairly good. As for whether there were any tert-butyl methyl ether peaks in the sample, that’s unknown
It’s hard to tell; give DB-1 and DB-624 columns a try
The performance of DB-624 60*0.53*1.8 isn’t very good; I want to increase its length and thickness
