Our factory uses a first-stage double-pass desalination system, with hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide being used for regeneration; the concentration of these substances upon entry into the factory is 30%. How can we quickly determine whether this concentration meets the required standards?
How fast do you want it? ? The national standard is the titration method, or instruments installed online.
For the acidity and alkalinity of a substance, the density can be measured accurately using a float densitometer; the concentration can then be determined by referring to a table, but temperature correction is required. This is the simplest. How can online meters be used to measure the acids and alkalis entering the plant? Please give some suggestions from the 2nd floor.
