Currently, moisture content needs to be tested in various refrigerants; many manufacturers require it to be below 5 ppm. During the testing process, low temperatures can cause condensation of water in the samples, and a slight carelessness during analysis can result in the moisture level exceeding the specified limit. Karl Fischer titration using the Coulomb method, but the instrument stabilizes too slowly. Do you all have any good methods for doing this? I’d appreciate any advice. We use KF-1 for our control units, and KF831 from Mettler-Toledo for the finished products. How do everyone control the injection?
