Increasing fixed assets is good, but without sufficient output, it’s not beneficial for the enterprise. It’s not a good thing either when instrument manufacturers produce devices that are difficult to sell in large quantities due to their high prices. But combining the two companies through leasing is beneficial for both parties.
Our company is carrying out technical upgrades, and the projects are relatively large; as a result, there is an urgent need to strengthen chemical analysis capabilities. The first issue is the lack of professionals with expertise in analytical chemistry; if many more analysis tasks need to be carried out in the future, it will also be necessary to acquire a large number of new laboratory instruments and equipment. Currently, instrument suppliers can also provide quite good services: for example, after understanding the analysis tasks we need, they will come up with appropriate solutions based on the actual samples and analysis requirements, and they also offer technical training regarding the use of the instruments. I’m not sure whether this type of rental also offers corresponding services; I need to find out more when the need arises.
