What aspects should be monitored in personnel supervision? 1. Two main aspects of supervision content: The supervision of laboratory staff should cover 2 main aspects: 1. The capabilities of the persons being supervised ； 2. Compliance with relevant experimental activities. 2 Personnel competency supervision: 14 aspects. Laboratory personnel competency includes initial competency and ongoing competency. The laboratory shall supervise the initial competence of personnel carrying out experimental activities, and shall monitor and evaluate the ongoing competence of such personnel based on risk assessment. The capabilities of the supervised personnel include, but are not limited to: a) the ability to review requests, bids, and contracts ； b) Capability for method development, modification, validation, and confirmation ； c) The ability to conduct tests using testing methods ； d) Ability to identify and monitor environmental facility conditions ； e) Capability for the acceptance, evaluation, and preparation of reagents or consumable materials ； f) Good specific operational capability, where applicable ； g) Uncertainty assessment capability ； h) Ability to operate, evaluate, and maintain laboratory information management systems ； i) Ability to manage paper or electronic documents ； j) Safety identification, protection, and first aid capabilities k) Emergency response and handling capabilities ； 1) Ability to conduct risk analysis for inspection and testing ； m) Capacity for disposal of experimental waste ； n) Analysis results, including the ability to provide statements of conformity or opinions and explanations. 3 The 7 aspects of compliance supervision for experimental activities: Compliance with relevant experimental activities, including but not limited to: a) Compliance with personnel qualifications ； b) Compliance with the operation of instruments and equipment ； c) Compliance with sample handling and disposal ； d) Verification of compliance with testing and inspection procedures ； e) Compliance of original records ； f) Compliance with data processing ； g) Compliance in issuing the report.
