1. Empty the condensate from the buffer tank. 2. Check whether the tube bundle of the preceding heat exchanger has been punctured, allowing the heat transfer oil to leak in.
Close the valve that supplies the fuel gas, stop the inflow of heat transfer oil to the heat exchanger, and drain the condensate from the buffer tank
It’s really strange – would the production operations department pay attention to changes in liquid level? Is there no liquid level alarm for the fuel gas buffer tank? Drain it!
The liquid is drained, the components are analyzed to determine the cause of the liquid presence

In accordance with the latest safety operating requirements, there must be an automatic shutdown linkage between the liquid level in the fuel gas buffer tank and the fuel gas shut-off valve; once the liquid level reaches its limit, the furnace must be stopped immediately. Otherwise, it is easy for fuel gas to contain liquid, leading to incomplete combustion, heavy smoke emission from the furnace, and in severe cases, safety accidents.
