Liquefied petroleum gas, at room temperature, with a design pressure of 1.77 MPa – what material should be used for the pipes, and are there any special valves required for these pipes? Are there any relevant standards that can be found? Thank you to all the experts
The pipe material can be high-quality carbon steel grade 20; valves should generally be those designed specifically for liquefied petroleum gas: globe valves of type J41N-25C, with nylon seals, and the valve body is made of cast carbon steel.
