On September 14, Shihua Yuan learned from Hengyi Group’s official website that the review meeting for the overall plan of the Hengyi Qinzhou project was successfully held in Qinzhou, Guangxi. Qiu Yibo, Chairman and President of Hengyi Petrochemical, Fang Xianshui, Vice Chairman, and Lou Jianchang, Vice President, attended the meeting; representatives from Hengyi Group’s relevant functional departments as well as managers of the company’s nylon-related businesses also participated in it. Members of the Guangxi Hengyi team, Beijing Jingding, Taiyuan Saiding, Ningbo Saiding, as well as staff from Chinese joint design firms gave relevant reports and presentations. After listening to the reports presented by Shen Fei, General Manager of the Qinzhou project, Wang Han, Deputy General Manager of Henglan Technology, and relevant personnel from the General Institute, the attendees conducted a thorough review and extensive discussions. They compiled the final review opinions for the conference, determined the ultimate scale and scope of construction for various facilities, and put forward dozens of review suggestions in the three areas of \"design and construction,\" \"process technology,\" and \"safety and environmental protection.\" At the meeting, Qiu Yibo put forward three requirements for the Qinzhou project: first, the route must be reasonable ; Second, the procedures must be compliant ; Third, technology must be forward-looking. He hopes that the group’s professional technical team and the Guangxi Hengyi team will strengthen communication and cooperation to clarify planning approaches and resolve design challenges. The Guangxi Hengyi team will uphold its corporate mission of \"building a sustainable enterprise that will last for a century and becoming one of the renowned companies in the world.\" Based on the professional recommendations from this review meeting, it will make every effort to refine and optimize the overall plan during the design phase, accelerate project progress, and ensure that the construction tasks are completed with high quality, striving unremittingly to achieve the goals set for the next \"two fifty-year periods.\"
