The infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement and analysis system is a real-time monitoring system that integrates visible light, infrared thermal imaging, and embedded processing technologies. The infrared thermal imager has a resolution of 384×288 or 640×512 (multiple options available). The temperature measurement range is from -20°C to 150°C or from 0°C to 550°C (customizable). The temperature measurement error is ±2°C or ±2% of the reading. The frame rate is ≥25fps. The field of view of the thermal imaging lens is 25°×19° (multiple options available), with a depth of field ranging from 0.1m to infinity. The resolution of the visible light camera is 1920×1080, and the lens has a 30x optical zoom capability. The minimum illumination required is 0.01 Lux for color images and 0.001 Lux for black-and-white images. The explosion-proof pan head can rotate horizontally from 0° to 360° and vertically from -90° to 0°. There are ≥80 preset positions available. The explosion-proof rating is Ex d IIC T6 Gb, while the protection rating is IP66. It can be installed either on the ceiling or using wall or pole mounts. The suitable operating conditions are a working temperature of -20°C to 50°C and a humidity level of ≤90%, without condensation.
